One of the more powerful dragons in the DE (which is sayng something since dragons are barred out of many positions due to them being thought of as more usueful for labor than intellect) Sclean is a rising commander pushing for more aggressive measures on the elusive Faunijauzi as well as the Glavoik front. For all his talk though, he doesn't fully "have it yet" with this whole leadership and planning deal and frequently shoots too high.
Anethra hates him a lot and the two frequently get the other in quite some trouble. But still, he's younger and a bit less intimidating than some of the other officials so he and his force is her preferred target on missions.
